I think these days most of the people don't sleep enough and it's the effect of smart phones maybe, sometimes we decide to go to bed and sleep but we start surfing the net for half an hour or even more!

Insufficent sleep has alot of factors contain mental conflicting or external factors same unacustom place or noisy place or fear about something that i think its included in mental affairs.
Sleep deprevision may affect on your life's quality.
If you have a suffiecnt sleep you can do your activities with adequate concentration.
First you should make a regular sleep schulde.
Sleep 8 hour per day is enough for everybody thus 6 hour night sleep and 2 hour take a nap at noon.

I'm in the group of people who don't have enough sleep and I wake up with any noise.
I think the reason is lack of a regular sleep schedule.
Years ago I was a person who slept till noon😂 I don't know what happened to me.
