Hi to you all. As far as im concerned there are many approaches you can cope with your stress and control yourself.according to experts when you get stress, you cant choose to do everything very well and you become mixed up. I suggest you some ways that you can manage your stress in different situations. Like go traveling, holding a party, doing exercise, and all that. But there are some challenges makes you be stressed, special in our country, cost of living is really high and unemployment rate is high and all of people are worried about getting job. At the end all of us should try to cope with stress and avoid it with practice.

I think it depends on the reason of our stress. I personally become stressed out when: I have a lot of work to do, I want to do sth new, I don't have enough knowledge to do sth or I want to make a tough decision.
I face to my stresses in diffrent ways. For instance by planning and timing my activities, learning sth new as my friend said, consulting with others who are more experienced than me and another way is not to think about sth that made me stressed out.

Totally various ways can be carried out when we are stressed out. For example deep breath or counting to ten. Maybe we are embarrassed to make a presentation. in this case we must believe in our skills & talents. Sometime finding a sympathetic audience to make eye contact with him is helpful
