As far as Im concerned,Its a well to form our habits.Many people suffer from frustrating customes and try to get ride of them.on the other hand we need to sort our habits out by keep doing our trying.Lets chip in ourselves to get over worring factors.somtimes even a small work can makes a big diffrence.draw a list about your habits and focus on it.which one is motivated you? Which one is disappointed you? Throw out old terrible habits and get some new.start from scratch and make a promise yourself to change your life style.communicate with people alot to learn new tips about right direction of life. I can daresay we can suceed in changing our habits if we are not affraid of a defeat and get ready to deal with realities.

One of the My new year resolutions is changing my habits.
I have some bad habits that i agonize to myself.
In Current year i want to organize my life programe.
My father always motivate me with his guidance.but i think these habits that i want to utilize that need a strong volition.
Although we need to visit a psychologist to form some new habits but at first we should start from ourselves.
Our volition can guide us to the right direction also with visit a good psychologist.

many of us can form good habits barley in ourselves, but if we are in right direction, this can be done. everything depends on our intention to switch habits. more powerful tendency makes habits reframe easier. for example, having an organized personal life can be a good motivation. it's recommended that make a big differences in long term and don't hurry, because we usually resist the habits changing.

I ensure that our behavior and our honesty have formed in the childhood and switching them to the other needs fundamental efforts. However, for kids it can be helpful because they imitate manner of adults. As a recommendation, we must take care of our movement in front of children. Robust studies depict that there is only one way for forming good habits for people over 16 , and that is prizing to themselves. It seems ridiculous but it can be carried out. For instance, we can promise ourselves to buy a new suit (or every other thing that creates motivation in us ) as long as we keep going to the court for a month. As another example, studying was boring to me 3 month ago but i made up my mind to study in a library instead of my rooms. Indeed going to the library has turned into a habit for me.
